I found inspiration to make this series through learning to make my own music over the past few months. I have specifically created these songs to tie in perfectly with the breathing practise, so that instead of listening to me talk you can listen to the music and allow the song to be your guide during the practise.

All classes are designed to be practised lying down, with eyes closed and preferably with headphones to fully experience the three-dimensional sounds of the music.

 

In this practise we move through 3 different breathing patterns to build towards taking full breaths with maximum lung capacity. It quick, simple yet produces powerful benefits for both mind and body.

 

In this practise we move through 3 rounds of breath holds, beginning with 30 seconds and finishing with a 90 second hold.

 

In this practise we move through 3 rounds of breath holds, beginning with 60 seconds and finishing with a 120 second hold. Be sure to practise Level 1 until you’re comfortable with the breath holds.
