Probably the most powerful class in this series, 'Hold' is designed to increase your body's ability to safely and comfortably handle low levels of oxygen, which will gradually expand your maximum breath hold. It's highly recommended that you lie down for the practise as some powerful sensations might be felt. Remember to listen to your body and never push yourself into a stressful state, especially if you feel the urge to breathe during any of the breath holds in the class.

Try to keep your eyes closed for the entire practice to minimise your distractions, however if you ever feel lost or need a visual demonstration of the techniques being performed you can briefly open your eyes to better understand what is being taught. Naturally, the more you practise, the easier it will be for you to understand.
