Bodyboarding demands a high level of fitness which is why it's always a good idea to warm up the entire body before hitting the water. The ocean also demands our attention if we want the best chance of surfing well and finding the waves that we want to ride, which is why it's so helpful to take a moment to centre yourself and get in the zone before heading out into your session.

This class is the ultimate pre-surf warm up to help get the energy levels high, the mind in the zone and the body warmed up. Once you've practised this class, take notice of how you feel in the surf and figure out which movements and poses help your abilities in the ocean. By doing this you can start to develop your own pre-surf ritual including all the movements that get you pumped up and ready to go big.
