Time to conquer your fear of going straight back in a backflip! This class will teach you what it feels like to commit to a backflip with perfect rotation. You will also create an abundance of spinal mobility if practised regularly.

We will venture into some deep backbends so make sure you practise with love for your own body and don't push yourself too deep... be kind! If you've never practised this class before then make sure you have a wall or block handy for the deeper backbends.
