This class takes the 'balance' element out of a press handstand so that we can start to get some volume in with the movement of the press handstand, which is a great way to develop the strength and endurance needed to be able to perform numerous repetitions with ease. This wall drill is demanding on the wrists so be sure to thoroughly warm up your wrists before practising.
