The final class in Journey To Handstand is where everything we've practised comes together in a slow and challenging Hatha Yoga class. The focus of this class (yep, you guessed it) is to find balance and alignment in a handstand for extended periods of time. Try to find a clean line of energy each time you enter the handstand by reaching your entire body as long as possible. There's no pressure to perform, so give your best effort and be happy with whatever the outcome is!
