Wrist Warm Up

It's very important to warm up the wrists before practising handstands, especially early on in your handstand journey. Over time the wrists will become better conditioned and less warming up will be required, but I'd highly recommend using a few of these movements before every practise to reduce the chance of soreness and injury.
